Job description
eBIKES USA, a premium electric bicycle store in Cherry Creek is seeking an experienced bicycle store, warehouse and service manager.
We pride ourselves in providing the highest levels of customer service for every customer. Listening closely and focusing on elite customer service are essential qualifications for our positions.
This is a Full-time position in a high-volume warehouse and service department
General responsibilities include:
Management of shipping and receiving of electric bikes
Onboarding and inventory management processes
New bikes assembly, quality control checks to ensure safe and proper bike builds
Customer bike repairs of all types, tune-ups and overhauls, front and rear suspension service, mechanical and hydraulic brake service, evaluation of incoming repairs, wheel building, and pro bike assembly
Warranty services
Customer interactions and communications, call, text and in person
Management of 2-3 bike technician and warehouse staff
Dynamic personality, positive attitude, professionalism and a proven ability to provide internal and external customers with best-in-class service

Required skills:
3-5 years bicycle mechanical experience – references required
1-2 years bike store service department / bike store warehouse management experience – references required
Preferred certifications such as Bosch, Bafang and Barnett Bicycle Institute.
Must have worked in one of well known bicycle shops – references required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour based on experience and skill level
Bonus: up to 10% of service revenue based on team and individual performance paid monthly
