Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for Early Childhood Education Resource Services
• Ensure quality delivery of Inclusion Support Services
• Represent the program within the Peel early childhood community
• Build partnerships with service providers and community partners
• Oversee referrals, waitlists, and budget management
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in support roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven conflict resolution and management abilities
• Experience in supervisory roles is an asset
