Fabricville is currently seeking a full-time professional in the field of customer service. The primary responsibilities of this role include contributing to the success and profitability of our e-commerce store while working alongside a team of dedicated associates.
Experience and skills required:
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in French as well as English (written + oral).
Problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service.
Experience with Zendesk is an asset.
Knowledge or interest in fabrics and/or sewing an asset.
Shopify knowledge an asset
