As an E-commerce & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a smooth and successful purchasing experience for every client. TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Support & Sales: Answer inbound inquiries, guide customers to the right solution, and deliver professional, brand-aligned support that builds confidence and drives sales. 
  • Order Support & Issue Resolution: Manage post-purchase inquiries and coordinate across design, production and operations teams to resolve order issues accurately and on time. 
  • Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and customer friction points, document improvement opportunities, and support implementation where needed. 
  • Marketing, Systems & Platform Support: Run email campaigns, maintain customer data, and support the development of workflows and automation that improve efficiency and sales. 
  • Design & Content Support: Handle basic design requests using templates and tools to support quick turnarounds and reduce reliance on internal or external design resources.

YOU’LL BE PERFECT FOR US BECAUSE YOU HAVE

  • E-Commerce & Digital Operations Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (e.g. Shopify) or digital customer support environments, with comfort navigating and learning digital tools, platforms, and systems. 
  • Language and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and French, with a clear, professional, and customer-first approach.
  • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and give appropriate focus to each area of the role.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Proactive mindset with an interest in identifying inefficiencies and leveraging automation and smarter workflows to reduce manual work and improve outcomes. 
  • Adaptability & Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning new tools and systems — including design tools such as Canva or Adobe products —self-directed in finding better ways to work.
