Job Summary  Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager assists in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership to optimize sales results. The role promotes a positive shopping experience, leads a high‑performing team, drives operational efficiency, and supports digital platforms. Key responsibilities include inventory management, shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, e‑commerce order fulfillment, and maintaining brand visual standards.
Qualifications High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline an asset.
2+ years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
Passion for fashion and strong customer‑orientation.
Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Shows flexibility, innovation, and urgency to respond to a changing business environment with impactful ideas.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Builds partnerships and prioritizes collaboration.
Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency;
Open‑Office optional.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
