About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Systems Configuration Analyst to
join ourdynamicteam
. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to align with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Participate in planning, discovery/requirements workshops, documentation, estimate generation, and implementation support for Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
Design, develop, and test customizations within Dynamics CRM 365.Collaborate with end users, business analysts, project managers, and management to drive system improvements and upgrades.
Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to the change request process outlined in the company’s IT policies.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
Undertake special projects and offer project support as directed by
senior management
.
Qualifications for Success:
Essential:
Proficient understanding of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features.
Proven experience in configuration and customization with Microsoft Dynamics D365.Strong capability in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation for processes, policies, application configuration, and user support materials.
Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities and functions.
Desirable:
Proficiency in French.
Previous experience working in an agile environment.
Microsoft certifications for Dynamics 365 at the associate level.
Graduation with a technology degree.
