All Positions Dump Truck & Transfer Driver
Location: Trail, BC
Wage: $33.37 CAD/hour (trip rate based on cycle time)
We are looking for a Dump Truck & Transfer Driver to join the Sutco Transportation team in Trail, BC. Key Responsibilities
- Haul materials from Idaho State to Trail, BC
- Self‑loading and operation of truck and transfer combination (training provided)
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Minimum of 2 years of trucking experience required; dump truck and pup experience preferred.
- Ability to cross the US border
- Clean‑shaven (respirator compliance)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug & alcohol test
- First Aid & WHMIS considered an asset
