Overview:
We are seeking a Presser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and garments are pressed to maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
– Operate pressing equipment to iron and press linens, garments, and other items
– Inspect items for any stains, tears, or damages before pressing
– Ensure proper settings and temperatures are used on the pressing equipment
– Fold and stack pressed items neatly for storage or distribution
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
Experience:
– Experience pressing linens in a similar setting is preferred
– Knowledge of different fabric types and their appropriate pressing techniques
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
