Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry cleaning machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect, treat, and clean garments and textiles according to care labels
- Press, steam, and finish clothing using appropriate equipment (e.g., irons, steamers, presses)
- Sort and tag clothing for processing and customer pickup
- Assist with customer service as needed (e.g., intake, payments, inquiries)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow proper handling procedures for delicate and specialty items
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or garment care (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
