Brookline Driving School has been helping teens and adults become safe, confident drivers for over 30 years. We are a well-established, family-owned driving school serving Brookline and the surrounding communities. We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Licensed Driving Instructors to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to teen and adult students.
- Teach safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques, and Massachusetts traffic laws.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate lesson records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Represent Brookline Driving School in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Driver Instructor License.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Experience teaching driving lessons is preferred but not required for licensed instructors.
