We’re seeking friendly Movers/Drivers who are hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working in a team environment. You’ll have a variety of jobs, from moving a single item to full house moves, all within the Toronto area and across the province. Based in Etobicoke, we’re expanding, and we’d love for you to join our growing team!
Who You are:
CARGO CABBIE Inc. is looking for the best. You are positive, energetic and like to hustle. You are capable of bending and lifting up to 75 lbs, physical work doesn’t scare you- it motivates you!
You are comfortable driving box trucks up to 26′ foot plus you have a clean driving record and three years of commercial driving experience.
You are customer service oriented and you are a team player. There are many opportunities of growth for those who show reliability, dedication and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
Your role will consist of moving furniture from residential and commercial locations, wrapping, packing, loading, disassembling and reassembling furniture for deliveries and moving.
Efficiently load, unload, and transfer furniture and household goods.
Perform daily inventory checks on the truck, ensuring it meets operational standards.
Demonstrate a solid three-year track record in commercial driving.
Facilitate the delivery of packing supplies to clients’ residences.
Determine routes, destinations, and maintain schedules.
Ensure secure and protected packing of truck contents.
Engage in other daily support activities for the team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures by observing all workplace safety rules and hazard control.
Regularly attend training sessions, and share insights and experiences, and promptly bring any health, safety, wellness, and environmental issues to attention.

Wage increases are determined by work performance, punctual consistent attendance, and a willingness to contribute meaningfully to the company and its success. There is plenty of room and opportunity for growth!
CARGO CABBIE Inc. is a smoking, drug and alcohol free environment.
Previous driving experience is required however we will provide training for the right candidates with full G drivers.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
