Driver – Cannabis Distribution & Support
We are a licensed Montana medical and recreational cannabis company that serves consumers throughout the state, with a grow and post‑harvest facility located in the Gallatin Gateway, MT area. We are looking for a passionate, honest, and dependable full‑time employee to join our team as a Driver, supporting statewide deliveries and assisting with packaging and post‑harvest tasks on non‑driving days.
This position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, $20/hour with premiums paid for overnights. Some weeks will require 3–4 days of driving, including occasional overnight stays, depending on delivery routes. We offer opportunities for advancement based on merit. Duties:
Driving & Delivery (Primary Role)
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver cannabis products to dispensaries and partner locations across Montana.
- Follow all state cannabis transportation regulations, including secure transport, manifest accuracy, and chain‑of‑custody requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, METRC manifests, and required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with partner dispensaries and internal team members.
- Load and unload packaged cannabis products (must be able to lift 50 lbs).
- Complete long‑distance routes as assigned, including overnight travel when required.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, basic maintenance checks, and safe operation at all times.
On Non‑Driving Days (Support Duties)
- Assist with packaging of flower, joints, edibles, and concentrates.
- Support post‑harvest tasks such as organizing inventory, labeling, and preparing orders for transport.
- Cleaning, mopping, organizing, and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
- General warehouse support as needed.
This is a physically demanding role, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, standing, and walking for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $20/hour with premiums paid for overnights and room for advancement in pay and responsibility
