Drillers Assistant General Laborer Jobs in Fredericksburg, IA at Shawver Well Company, Inc.
We are looking for a Driller’s Assistant from in or around the Fredericksburg area, we will train you in many aspects of this business: CDL Training (if needed), drill rig operation, water well construction, welding, mechanics, customer relations, and geology to name a few. We are willing to train in all aspects of the business including, geology, welding, driving, and equipment operation.
A valid drivers license is required with no OWI in the past five years as you would be uninsurable. We can help the right applicant earn their Class A CDL if needed. This position is Monday through Friday with overtime expected on those days, averaging 45-55 hours a week. The workday begins at 7:00 am and endtime fluctuates.
