As demand continues to increase, we are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, confident Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help drive new customer acquisition and build strong community presence.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales environments and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.
You will introduce AllClean Solutions’ services, generate interest, and convert conversations into booked appointments or immediate sign-ups.
This role requires a high level of confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay consistent in a performance-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned residential areas to generate new leads
- Present and explain the value of our home cleaning services
- Build rapport quickly with homeowners through direct interaction
- Book service appointments or close sales at the door
- Accurately track leads, appointments, and conversions
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Represent AllClean Solutions in a professional and respectful manner

- Previous experience in door-to-door sales (required)

Requirements
- Proven experience in D2D sales environments
- Reliable transportation for travel between neighborhoods
- Smartphone for navigation, scheduling, and reporting
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Compensation Structure
- 100% commission-based earnings
