  • Aged between 16-24
  • Live in Fredericton, New Brunswick or Surrounding Areas

This is not a typical summer job.
It’s a performance-based role designed for people who want to build real confidence, communication skills, and accountability.
It’s challenging, but extremely rewarding for the right person. This role is not for those looking for an easy or guaranteed-pay job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll work 3-4 hour marketing sessions, going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods in Fredericton, and speaking with homeowners about potential painting projects.

Your role is not to sell on the spot.

Your role is to:

  • Start professional, respectful conversations
  • Identify homeowner interest
  • Collect qualified leads from real people
  • Represent the company with integrity and confidence

You’ll receive full training, including:

  • How to start conversations naturally
  • Objection handling
  • Professional communication
  • Staying confident through rejection

No experience needed — coachability and effort matter most.

Pay & Performance:

This role is paid based on performance.

  • Average performance: ~ $16.25/hour
  • High performance: up to ~ $25/hour
  • + 1-3% commission on jobs that get booked by marketer’s leads

Performance is reviewed after your first 3 sessions.
Those who consistently perform below average may not continue — this keeps the team strong and motivated.

Schedule:

  • Part-time: 12–24 hours/week
  • 3–6 sessions per week
  • Each session is 3-4 hours (evenings + weekends)
  • Flexible based on availability

Promotion Opportunities:

  • Caller roles (commission pay)
  • In-person sales representative positions (commission pay)

This role is the first step toward higher responsibility and pay.
