We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution Center Assistant to assist in the administrative tasks for our three distribution centers located in Montreal (MTL), Vancouver (VAN), and Edmonton (EDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining schedules, planning manpower, auditing vacations, and generating productivity and absence reports.
Responsibilities
Assist in administrative tasks for all three distribution centers(MTL, VAN, EDM)
Maintain and oversee the scheduling for distribution center operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Audit vacation schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist the Supervisors with preparing productivity reports
Compile and analyze data to create and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Generate and manage absence reports and related data
Qualifications
High School
Education
(preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to
take initiative and work independently
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent organizational skills with
attention to detail
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Comfortable using various software application.
Bilingual (English and French)
Effective communication
