About the Role
Waterloo Garage Doors is currently seeking an assistant to the service manager to plan and coordinate jobs.
WGD offers installation and servicing of garage door openers, rolling steel doors, docks, security shutters, screens and more. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal, computer and written, a good mechanical understanding pertaining to the products we offer, and excellent organizational skills.
Successful candidate shows strong skills to facilitate the following
communicate details of jobs to technicians
assist in troubleshooting, researching about products and suppliers
relay details of repairs to customers
understand technical aspects of jobs and types of parts required
use custom software
adapt to a busy office schedule
