They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates for Construction, Warehouse, and General Labour roles
- Profile and assess applicants to match client needs
- Review and screen resume efficiently
- Coordinate and dispatch workers to job sites
- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, dispatching, or staffing (preferred)
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Proficient computer skills (email, databases, resume management)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
