Position: Full-Time Dispatcher Load Booking
Shifts: Day shift
This position is responsible for booking loads Canada to USA and USA to Canada.
Responsibilities:
– Booking loads and tracing shipments
-Cold call potential sales lead
-Answer all incoming inquiries regarding pickups and deliveries
-Maintain data entries to ensure accurate records.
-Assist customer inquiries
-Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work autonomously and with little direction
-Must be a team player committed to maintaining desired service levels
-Exhibit a sense of urgency and be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour
