Position: Dispatcher/Customer Service
We are looking for a motivated, dependable professional who takes pride in staying organized, communicating effectively and ensuring daily operations run smoothly from start to finish. This is a key role within our team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
The right candidate will demonstrate strong accountability, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors and internal staff in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with basic computer systems (experience with CieTrade is a plus but not necessary)
- Ability to follow through and ensure all daily responsibilities are completed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize CieTrade to create Bills of Lading and necessary paperwork for drivers and warehouse operations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding orders and delivery status
- Schedule, dispatch and monitor drivers throughout the day to ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate daily records and support overall operational flow
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
This position plays a vital role in keeping operations on track each day. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays engaged and is committed to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
