EXPERIENCE IN DISPATCHING IS A MUST
Responsibilities:
Dispatch calls to drivers
Answering phones, emails & various digital dispatching integrations
Working directly with customers to book a variety of services
Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and problem solving
Operate walk-up window to process payments and impound lot incoming and outgoing.
Maintaining professional customer service with team members, partners & customers
Audit prices on calls and take payments for drivers
Actively assess calls and urgency and update information accordingly

Requirements:

Vehicle knowledge an asset.
Must have exceptional computer & typing skills
Able to work effectively under sudden stressful situations
Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.
Able to work without supervision.
Able to work cooperatively within a team environment
Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude
Strong Organizing Skills
Experience in towing industry is a strong asset
Able to deal with the RCMP and Roadside assistance companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
