What you’ll do as a Dispatcher:
The successful candidate will be managing service tickets and dispatching technicians in the field who are providing service and support to ABM customers on the following types of equipment – ATM’s, Cash Recyclers, POS Equipment, Printers, Network equipment, Servers, Laptops and Pin Pads.
The successful candidate will work within a team of dispatchers on a rotational schedule that ensuring a quality-of-life work schedule.
What you bring to the Team:
· Excellence in customer service, organizational skills, multi-tasking and communications skills
· Minimum 1-year Dispatching experience
· Must pass a criminal background check
