Dispatcher Jobs in Fort St. John at Trojan Safety Services Ltd.
Duties:
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
Dispatching service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
Maintaining accurate records of all calls, dispatches, and service requests- Monitoring and tracking the progress of service calls to ensure timely resolution
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Dealing directly with field staff and assisting with their needs and/or concerns
Working closely with the other dispatcher to ensure a smooth transition.
Working closely with shop personnel to ensure appropriate equipment is being arranged for upcoming jobs
Ensuring field paperwork is completed correctly and handed in on time
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using phone systems and other communication tools
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
– Previous experience in a dispatching role is preferred, but not required
Dispatch experience is not required, we will train the right candidate.
