Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and schedule transportation services for a fleet of five tow trucks.
– Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
– Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain transportation records
– Utilize transportation management systems such as Towbook, Ram app, tracking software
– Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation processes
Experience:
– Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred
– Familiarity with fleet management practices and procedures
– Proficiency in using phone systems for communication purposes
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
