Award winning Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio embraces the harmony of Peruvian and Japanese cultures while incorporating the bounty of riches the West Coast has to offer. Our restaurant has two locations, one located at the edge of False Creek with stunning views of the marina.
Ancora, False Creek is looking for Dishwashers round out our BOH Team. Experience is an asset but not necessary.
In this position, you will:
- Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
- Govern safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
The right candidate will have the opportunity to move up the line at Ancora or at one of our other award-winning Viaggio Hospitality restaurants.
