Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, food preparation, and kitchen operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Duties:
– Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils
– Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
– Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
– Help with inventory management and stocking supplies
– Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting is preferred
– Knowledge of food service procedures and kitchen operations
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Willingness to learn and take direction from the chef or kitchen manager
