Broken Hill is hiring a full time dishwasher! No previous experience is needed, however candidates with strong resumes will be considered first. Hard working, fast and organized individuals will succeed in this position. Those with previous line cooking experience will be given priority, as we train our dishwashers on the fry section to support the line if needed. Candidates are being hired for summer season, with training expected to start mid-late May.

Reports To: Sous chefs
Essential Responsibilities: As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for all dish related cleaning, organizing and distribution of plate ware and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean work station, cleaning the smoker and closing down the dish area.
Definition of Success: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. The ability to plan ahead is necessary to succeed in this role. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
