Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
You will be reporting to the Executive Chef
Maintains cleanliness of the back prep area
Cleans both service and prep dishes to help keep us prepared for smooth service
Maintaining a sanitary kitchen following all H&S posted protocols
Executes all food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications
Supports with Daily prep for our Cafe products
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Food safety and WHMIS training considered an asset.
Attention to cleanliness and safety.
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
Looking for someone eager to learn new skills in the kitchen.
Ability to work in a team.
