Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: – Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using the dishwasher or by hand – Ensure all items are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized – Assist with food preparation and plating when needed – Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors – Empty trash containers regularly to maintain a clean and organized work area – Follow proper food handling and safety procedures – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow Skills: – Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required – Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a kitchen environment – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively – Team player with excellent communication skills – Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this position must be paid according to industry standards.
