Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are washed and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
– Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans
– Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly washed, sanitized, and stored
– Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
– Help the kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
– Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
– Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
