We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available for food service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep the work area tidy throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation
