Dish Washer
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (includes washing dishes, taking out the garbage, mopping floors, organizing fridges, etc.)
Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and work
Ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order, are property sanitized and stored
Assist cooks and prep cook in the preparation of diverse recipes
Follow procedures according to Health and Safety requirements
Receive and rotate products into inventory
Performs other duties assigned from time to time
Must-Haves:
Experience working in a food environment is an asset
Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen is preferred
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Previous Kitchen Management experience
Familiar with sanitation and health and safety food regulations including proper handling of equipment
Excellent time management and organization skills
Flexible schedule
Food Handler Certification is an asset
