You will lead the organization’s fundraising activities and communications strategies, reporting to the CEO while collaborating with the Board.
Your role aims to enhance donor engagement and organizational visibility through strategic initiatives and impactful messaging across service regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead fundraising programs for major gifts and partnerships
• Expand geographic fundraising efforts beginning in Langley
• Oversee strategic content creation and brand messaging
• Provide leadership to the communications and marketing team
• Manage donor relationship data effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in fundraising
• Proven expertise in donor cultivation and major fundraising
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Preferred background in nonprofit or health sectors
• CFRE designation is desirable
