Delta Controls is looking for a Director of Customer Services to spearhead the enhancement of our end-to-end customer experience. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a customer experience strategy aligned with our company’s vision and values, emphasizing personalized journeys, process improvements, and effective channel management. Salary: $105,000 – $125,000
