Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of projects, including managing resources, budgets, and timelines
Collaborate in the development and implementation of the digital and
innovation
strategy
Analyze work processes to identify
optimization
opportunities and propose improvements
Facilitate employee adaptation to new technologies and processes through
change management
programs
Manage relationships and negotiations with various external suppliers for service implementation
Act on behalf of the company in pursuing grant opportunities
Coordinate with the talent and culture department to identify and meet training needs
Contribute to the development of project charters, business cases, and launch plans.
