What You Will Be Doing

Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience, ensuring that they understand and embrace our unique educational approaches.

Drive Engagement: Create and manage content across various platforms, telling the story of our brands in a way that captivates and engages.

Lead Nurturing to Enrollment: Utilize CRM tools to segment, nurture, and convert leads into active participants in our educational programs.

Event Mastery: Plan and execute impactful events that bring our educational philosophies to life, fostering community and enhancing brand visibility.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working in Silos: Collaborative synergy is key; you won’t find yourself isolated but rather interconnecting with various teams and initiatives.

Static Marketing: Forget repetitive, unchanged campaigns. You’ll constantly innovate and adapt strategies in real-time.

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to drive enrollment and foster brand loyalty across multiple educational brands, leveraging your marketing expertise to make 2 Hour Learning a beacon in educational innovation.

Basic Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience within B2C/D2C software, SaaS, or EdTech environments.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Familiarity with AI and its applications in marketing.

Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.

Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.

Analytical mindset with a knack for leveraging data to drive decisions.
