About Us
Condo Assignment Team is a fast-growing real estate team specializing in residential resale and pre-construction properties. Our focus is on strategic marketing, strong client relationships, and efficient transaction management. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing & Customer Service Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and client service operations.
Position Summary
This role combines digital marketing, social media management, and transaction coordination support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients in a professional manner. Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate strong marketing and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote listings and company branding
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Utilize AI tools to create short-form videos and digital marketing content
- Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Manage CRM systems and assist with lead tracking and follow-ups
- Support email marketing campaigns and online client communications
Client Service & Communication
- Respond to client inquiries via WeChat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding listings, market updates, and general inquiries
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
Transaction Coordination Support
- Assist with preparation and processing of real estate documentation (including OREA forms)
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and cooperating agents to ensure smooth transactions
- Support administrative tasks related to listings and closing processes
Event & Campaign Support
- Assist with organizing open houses, seminars, and marketing events when applicable
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and video creation
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mandarin speaking is required***
- Experience with Toronto MLS, BrokerBay, Skyslope, or real estate CRM systems is an asset
- Must have access to a vehicle for occasional real estate-related duties

Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Performance-based incentives may be available.

岗位职责: 地产交易协调:熟练处理房地产交易文件(OREA表格),协调客户、律师及其他相关人员。
市场推广 & 品牌建设:策划并执行市场营销战略,管理CRM系统,开拓新客户资源。 社交媒体运营:制定推广计划,提升品牌知名度,吸引潜在客户。
活动策划 & 执行:组织房地产讲座、开放日及大型行业活动(规模 20-500 人)。
客户关系管理:及时跟进客户咨询,确保提供卓越的服务体验。
电子邮件 & 数字营销:运用邮件营销和线上客户门户,定期推送行业资讯和活动公告。
