Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Folding Carton Glueing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating folding carton glueing machines to produce packaging products that meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing top-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate folding carton glueing machines to produce packaging products according to job specifications.
Ensure the machine is properly fed with raw materials and monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct defects or deviations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Folding Carton Glueing Machine Operator or similar role in the packaging industry.
Proficiency in operating folding carton glueing machines, including setup and adjustments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
