Overview
Precision Coatings, Inc. is a full-service thermal spray coating, Dicronite® dry film coating, and Teflon® coating applicator. We provide specialty industrial coating and machining/grinding services to customers in a variety of industries to enhance part performance, longevity, and durability.
Primary Duties
· Cleaning, racking, masking, taping of various metal parts
· Prep Operation/Bead Blasting by hand
· Dicronite dry film lubricant coating application by hand
· post coating cleaning

Training provided. Position has opportunity for advancement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, blasting, coating, painting, or spray application experience preferred.
- Basic computer use for recording work activity and basic documentation skills.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or sketches, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality practices and recordkeeping is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good hand-eye coordination and controlled spray technique.
· Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions carefully and accurately.
· Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools.
· Basic blue print / part sketch interpretation.
· Ability to lift 40 pounds
· Manual dexterity to grasp, load, assemble, or tighten fixtures or parts using hand tools or fingers.
· Ability to visually inspect details of parts to detect surface imperfections or differences in color or texture.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, carry or move parts around the production floor, and reach or bend, while operating equipment.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with PPE requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing or industrial shop environment.
- Exposure to moderate noise, powders, alcohol-based parts cleaners, dust collection systems, compressed air systems, and other industrial equipment.
- Required use of PPE including respirators, gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.
Work Schedule:
· Monday Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; May require occasional overtime
· Flexible or adjusted schedule may be available.
Pay and Benefits:
· $20-25/hr. DOQ and work experience

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
