I’m working with a leading Sports gaming and media company on the lookout for a Dev Ops Lead to join them. Their products are set apart through a unique product experience with a simplified user interface that is built to cater to the casual sports fan.

Their Media brand are one of the most rapidly growing sports betting media brands in the US – gaining several million followers since their launch under two years ago. As the Dev Ops/Infrastructure Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining their company’s cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum, encompassing ownership of the entire cloud ecosystem.

They are also backed by a host of some of the most established VC’s around.

You will

:

Cloud Infrastructure Ownership – Take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing the company’s cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare.

Technical Expertise – Demonstrate expertise in AWS services, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Tooling Knowledge – Utilize your proficiency in Salt, Vault, Python, and Bash scripting for automation and configuration management. Apply

version control

using Git to manage code repositories effectively

Networking Skills – Possess a deep understanding of networking principles and be adept at configuring and troubleshooting network components within the cloud environment

Manage and optimize Content Delivery Networks (CDN) to enhance the performance and availability of applications

Collaboration

and

Leadership

– Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to understand application requirements and provide infrastructure solutions.

Monitoring and

Optimization

– Implement monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.

Your skills

:

Expert knowledge of AWS services, IAM policies, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency in Salt, Vault, Python and Bash scripting

Proficiency in CDN Management Knowledge of AWS Secrets Manager

Able to

lead a small team of Dev Ops engineers, this role is mostly

hands-on

with a managerial component
