Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Dev Ops Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will define enterprise Dev Ops strategies, automation frameworks, and platform engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design Dev Ops architecture solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for core banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom services.
- Define CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
- Support telecom network services, customer platforms, and 5G environments.
- Implement Dev Sec Ops , observability, and operational excellence capabilities.
- Drive cloud transformation and engineering modernization initiatives.
- Establish enterprise Dev Ops governance and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote continuous delivery and automation-first principles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Dev Ops Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom platforms.
- Strong expertise in Dev Ops, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation technologies.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong leadership and architecture design capabilities.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Cloud or Dev Ops architecture certifications preferred.
