Job Description

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities and market trends.

Assist in the preparation of financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to evaluate the viability of development projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to navigate the development process.

Coordinate due diligence activities, including zoning, environmental assessments, and permitting processes.

Support the negotiation and acquisition of properties, including conducting property inspections and assessments.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to maximize project profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in real estate finance, construction, or architecture.

A bachelor’s degree is required in finance, business, real estate, economics, construction, architecture, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling and feasibility analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-orientated with strong organization and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
