Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hardware asset management, IT asset lifecycle operations, and supply chain logistics
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, intake queues, shared inboxes, and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow ITSM/Wolken, Airtable, Power BI, Excel, and Office 365

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily PC lifecycle operations, including IT asset disposition (ITAD), early refresh requests, missing device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom hardware requests
  • Handle ITSM tickets, shared inbox requests, and intake workflows related to the PC Lifecycle Hub
  • Monitor and track hardware inventory across office locations and vendor (VAR) partners
  • Maintain and update operational systems, including databases, metadata, and hardware asset records
  • Ensure data accuracy through standardization, validation, and cleanup initiatives
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and operational documentation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for lifecycle tools, enhancements, and system updates
  • Provide operational support across global regions, including APAC and EMEA
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports on device orders, deployment timelines, and asset data quality
  • Assist with retroactive updates to asset records, including SAP fixed asset alignment
  • Maintain laptop standards, peripheral catalogs, and vendor/manufacturer documentation
  • Track hardware order details such as ETA, pricing, and supply status

Required Qualifications

  • Background in hardware asset management and IT lifecycle operations within a supply chain environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems and operational workflow management
  • Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow ITSM/Wolken, Airtable, Power BI, Excel, and Office 365
  • Strong data management, reporting, and documentation capabilities
  • Experience supporting UAT and validating system or process changes
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to support global operations across multiple time zones
  • Experience with SAP or similar financial/accounting systems
  • Exposure to vendor and VAR coordination
  • Familiarity with hardware catalogs, laptop standards, and peripheral management
  • Experience in global PC lifecycle operations is preferred
