In this full-time role, you will review contract documents and provide optimized designs of steel joists and decks. You will also lead others by offering clear design direction to detailers and production personnel while ensuring superior communication with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review structural, architectural, and mechanical drawings
• Use proprietary design software for steel projects
• Communicate effectively with customers and contractors
• Provide leadership guidance to design and production teams
• Ensure high-level customer service through teamwork and integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural design focus
• Registered Professional Engineer or eligible for licensure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
