Design Director (US/Canada) — Contract, Remote
Creative Business Company (CBC) is hiring a Design Director to lead creative output on a major global B2B account.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own the visual direction for campaign and brand work across US and Canadian markets — designing, directing, and delivering work that makes a real impact for a Fortune Global 500 client.
You'll be: 🎨 Designing — producing brand, campaign, and digital work at a high standard 🧭 Directing — setting the visual bar and providing creative feedback to the team 📋 Co-ordinating — keeping projects, timelines, and people on track 🤝 Collaborating — working closely with strategy, content, and account leads
You'll bring:
- A strong portfolio of B2B design work, particularly visual identity and campaign design
- Experience working with large, complex organisations
- The ability to move between making and managing without missing a beat
- A strategic mindset — you care about the 'why' as much as the 'how'
- Confidence presenting to and partnering with senior client stakeholders
