Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Lead, support, and inspire the administrative and clinical team
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and workflow optimization
- Handle patient relations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Support treatment planning, case acceptance, and financial discussions
- Monitor office performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with dentists and team members to maintain a positive, efficient environment
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and industry standards
- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of dental office systems and workflows
- Proficiency in Tracker dental software is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience with a team-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
