Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time/Full Time)

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal oral health. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and creating an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments.
- Obtain and review medical and dental histories.
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Assist in identifying and documenting periodontal conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Follow all infection control and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and education.
