Job Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments
- Ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Taking dental X-rays (if certified)
- Supporting patient comfort and education
- Assisting with charting and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Diploma (Level I or Level II preferred)
- HARP certification (required if taking X-rays)
- Previous dental assisting experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of dental software is an asset
