Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing great customer service? Coordinated Business Systems is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll deliver and perform basic installation of office technology equipment while serving as a friendly, professional representative of our company. Every day is a little different, giving you the opportunity to work both on the road and in the warehouse while helping ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver office equipment and customer orders safely and on schedule.
- Perform basic installation and setup of equipment at customer locations.
- Provide customers with basic operational training and answer simple questions.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing equipment and parts within the warehouse.
- Support general warehouse operations, including staging and preparing equipment for delivery.
- Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates through professional communication and service.
- Ensure delivery vehicles, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and other required paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning basic equipment installation procedures.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
