Job Description
- Strong experience in project coordination and delivery management of technology initiatives.
- Ability to drive end-to-end project execution in a large enterprise environment.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with minimal supervision required.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Strong capability to track dependencies, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Skilled in identifying and removing blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Experience in risk and issue management, including mitigation planning and escalation management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in technology transformation, application delivery, or enterprise technology programs is preferred.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
